Archie Combe

Jazz, Funk & Vocals

Classically trained and inspired by jazz pianists, such as Bill Evans and Herbie Hancock, Archie has performed at the National Theatre and performed with Bill Laurence as part of his UK tour. Since graduating with a first class degree from the University of Southampton, Archie honed his ability to teach vocals and piano as Graduate Musician-in-Residence at top private school St Dunstan’s College in SE London.

Archie holds residencies in many London venues such as Overtures Piano Bar, Ruby’s Jazz Bar, and The Savoy Hotel. The Archie Combe Trio have found great success in London, with a residency at Ruby’s Jazz Bar, and they play regularly at Ronnie Scott’s. Archie has composed and orchestrated a short musical film Road to Dad’s Musical and his new single ‘Day’ is out now.

Alongside his busy performing life, Archie also works as an accompanist for the London Youth Choir. Archie works as a musical director in the city, having been Assistant Musical Director for the Youth Musical Theatre production of Barrack Room Ballads.
